We collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our newsletter (full name and email), as well as technical browsing data (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited) for analytics and security purposes.
3. Purposes
We use your data to send you information about new real estate crowdlending opportunities in Argentina, respond to your questions, improve the website experience and meet legal obligations applicable to the Crowdfunding Platforms regime.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent when completing the form, and on Dexqorix's legitimate interest in communicating about products and services related to real estate crowdlending.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your subscription remains active or until you request its removal. Afterwards, we will only keep it for the period required by regulations applicable to crowdfunding companies.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, and to object to its processing. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacidad@dexqorix.com. The AAIP is the supervisory authority responsible for enforcing Law 25,326.
7. International transfers
Your data is stored on servers located in Argentina and, occasionally, in countries with an adequate level of protection. In every case we require contractual safeguards providing a level of protection equivalent to Argentine law.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: encryption in transit, access controls, periodic audits and internal data-protection policies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or operational improvements. We will publish the new version at this same URL with its update date.
